Our tropical lagoon features include: * living area: comfy sectional sofa with plenty of seating and a flat screen smart tv *game room: equipped with arcade games such as pac man and nfl blitz, foosball table, couch, and french doors that open to back deck. * dining area: seating with room for 6 at table. Additional seating for 2 in the kitchen. Dining room has double french doors that open to pool area. * kitchen: completely stocked with everything you'll need... All kitchen items are new, not a mishmash of vacation rental leftovers. * bedroom 1/master: has king size bed with brand new pillows & mattress and mattress protector. Additional daybed and small desk/workspace is also available in this area * bathroom 1/master: stand up shower * bedroom 2: has queen size bed with new pillows & mattress and mattress protector with french doors that lead out to the back deck overlooking the lake. *bathroom 2/guest bath: half bath off the living room and kitchen *bathroom 3/hallway: stand up shower and tub * laundry room: washer/dryer located next to master bedroom, pack and play is stored here along with iron and ironing board for guest use. *back deck: fishing is allowed off the back deck. We provide fishing rods and fishing lures. The folowing rooms has french doors that open to back deck: living room, game room, and queen bedroom. *screened in patio (located off the pool area): smart tv, complimented with a sectional couch and an outdoor table with seating for 8 guests. Extras included with our tropical oasis: * beach towels *beach chairs *game room & board games inside *cornhole, pool toys, baby swim vest, and beach umbrella located in outside screened patio area *fishing rods and fishing lures provided if you'd like to fish off the back deck. There is also seating out there and solar lights. *complimentary washer & dryer *portable crib & high chair *all towels & linens provided as well as a starter set of paper towels, trash bags, toilet tissue, shampoo/conditioner, body soap, hand soap, dish soap & sponge, laundry detergent, kleenex, coffee & creamer. Provided supplies is meant to get you started, and guests who are occupying the unit for longer periods of time may need to replenish at their own expense. *use of private pool $5, 000 off season (may october) / $8, 000 in season (november april) fees & taxes addl.
